That beat you hear is the sound of the late Lily’s heartbeat, who lived for just over a month due to congenital heart failure. In honour of Heart Month, we helped SickKids present “Lily’s Raincoat”, a piece that reminds us that the parents and children at SickKids are fighting these battles every day.

This beautiful piece came together thanks to the hearts and minds of composer & producer Tom Westin, singer Martina Sorbara of Dragonette, art director Maria José Arias, dancer Emma Portner and director Tajana Williams. ︎
